- V5C (logbook) details for each vehicle
- MOT due date
- Road tax renewal date

- Next of kin and emergency contacts, with phone numbers
- Employer details for each working adult — useful if someone needs to be notified in an emergency Often missed

A practical tip: Don't try to gather all of this in one sitting. Pick one category, do it properly, and move to the next over a few weeks. A half-finished list you actually trust is more useful than a complete one you're not sure is accurate.
